Greencott is a lovely guest house in the village of Landscove, only 2½ miles from the A38 and Ashburton offering bed and breakfast accommodation. Greencott is set in a lovely garden with panoramic views across open countryside. There are two ensuite bedrooms, with tea and coffee making facilities. The house is centrally heated throughout, with tarmac off-road parking spaces.
The visitors' comfortable sitting room has T.V., books, maps, routes and information about the area. Sorry, but pets are not catered for, with the exception of guide dogs and their owners of course! Older children welcome. We serve a full English breakfast, home made bread when available and provide dinner, if required.
Landscove is a pretty village with a church, pub and wonderful garden centre which specialises in the more unusual plants. Available in the neighbourhood is a good selection of Golf Courses, Riding, Fishing, Walking, Bird Watching, Sailing and many more attractions, with excellent Leisure and Craft Centres. Totnes, Dartington, Ashburton and Buckfastleigh are 10 minutes away and Exeter, Plymouth and Torbay 40 minutes.
HOW TO FIND GREENCOTT
From the M5 near Exeter, take the A38 towards Plymouth. Turn off towards Ashburton at Pear Tree Junction. At the top of the slip road turn sharp left and then follow the road straight through for 2 miles until you come to the Landscove 'drive slowly' sign, proceed for a further ¾ mile through the village keeping the village green on your right. Greencott is on the right directly opposite the village hall.
